Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

🔹 Returns are accepted ONLY if:
• The product is received damaged or broken
• An unboxing video is mandatory from start to end (without cuts)

🔹 Returns will NOT be accepted if:
• No unboxing video is shared
• Product is damaged after delivery
• Color difference due to lighting or screen
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor design or shade variation

🔹 Important Notes:
• Unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
• Without video proof, no return or refund will be processed
• Product must be unused and in original condition

🔹 Refund Process:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
